“7 Thunders” in the Bible?

In the book of Revelation chapter 10, verse 3, the apostle John hears voices coming out of the throne as of God like seven thunders. Psalm 29 vividly describes a sevenfold voice as the revelation of the glory, majesty, and power of God.

Based on what the Lord has spoken concerning Himself through scriptures, we’re confident He desires to loose His voice in thunderous ways as in the days of old and beyond!

The 7Thunders ministry, by design, encourages faith and stirs the body of Christ to belief that God’s voice is indeed going to be heard in and through every believer’s life.

What exactly is “7Thunders Ministry?”

Presently based in Kansas City, Missouri, 7Thunders is the traveling ministry for Kirk & Dee Bennett. It enables them to function in their roles at IHOP-KC as well as minister life into houses of prayer and praying churches world wide.

When was 7Thunders founded?

On a date marked with the Father’s stamp of destiny, October 3, 1999, the Bennett family received a 911 call that changed their lives. That call was Amos 9:11, “On that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, and repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old…”

In a 3 week long period, 6 additional thunderous prophetic words and several other prophetic tokens, the Lord undeniably confirmed that Kirk and his family were to give themselves to the rebuilding of the tabernacle of David. It was clear to them this was to occur in the context of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City and throughout the earth.

In the six months following the Lord’s October 3rd summons, 3 foundation stones were clearly laid out for the Bennett clan as they began shaping and forming 7Thunders into a tangible ministry.
